Evaluation For My Advertisement

Evaluation For My Advertisement
My finished product compared to my design in a similar way.
I have designed my perfume in a sort of similar way to the way most perfume advertisements looks. I wanted it to look unusual, unique and sort of different to other perfume ads. I have placed the perfume bottle on the left hand side, sort of floating in the middle, with the title ‘Summer Breeze’ inside it. I have also added the title at the top of the image, above the water, and the cover line I have placed it at the bottom of the image. I made the title flow to one side as I think it goes well with the image and the title itself.
Due to the technology, I have managed to develop my perfume advertisement up onto the computer. I gathered a few different images from Google and I saved them into my documents. From my point of view, I felt that I was better at uploading the images I had saved, onto Photoshop Elements, better than how I uploaded the images I had saved for my magazine, as this is my second time uploading images onto Photoshop, so I had gotten used to knowing what to do. I also found it slightly easier to re-size, re-arrange, and organize the images.
I think my finished product has turned out rather well and I think it is very suitable for my teenage target audience. By looking at the perfume ad, you can tell that it will catch a young teenage girl’s eye as it has caught mine. I feel that the image has unique and summery colours, which most teenage girls would like. I asked a bunch of people what they think of my perfume advertisement ad from my feedback; I have a lot of positive responses, which I’m extremely happy about.
In my opinion, I feel like I have overcome many challenges well. I did struggle a little bit with adding things on Photoshop, as I did still find it hard to develop different images on the page. I did, eventually, manage to overlap this difficulty with help from my teachers and classmates.
I have gained a number of skills during this task, mainly by using Photoshop Elements, as I still struggled to find it easy to use. Once I managed to figure out how to use it, I was able to increase more difficult skills. I feel a lot more confident in using Photoshop now as I have used it more than once and kind of know how to do things on my own, without help from my teachers or classmates. I would want to use Photoshop more often in Media to be able to create new products.
